- Offer a personally-tailored safe space to explore mindfulness principles and practices
- May be used as a support in developing your practice and understanding following
an eight-week course
- May be used to ease the pathway towards joining one of the mindfulness courses in
the future
- Mindful mentoring may also serve as:
- a self-empowering personal-development tool
- a therapeutic approach to psychological and/or physical challenges
- a means of understanding and communication in relationships
