The six-day residential courses provide an opportunity for those who are either unable to access an eight-week course, or unable to meet the commitment to attend weekly sessions over two months.
They provide a forum to establish a solid foundation on which to build your personal regular mindfulness practice. The courses offer equivalent teaching time and content as the eight week courses, as well as extended opportunities to practice, with silence, and optional personal interviews to support your practice.
Establishing your practice could be further enriched through optional 8 week post-course practice and reflection, individually or with other course graduates.
